Autism Society's Intervention Assistance Fund

Serving the counties of counties of Arlington, Clarke, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford and Warren, and the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas and Manassas Park. Applications are collected and reviewed semi-annually. Grants are made as reimbursements for a percentage of requested funds, with application caps of up to $1,000 per individual per cycle. Semi-annual Deadlines: January 1 and July 1 every year.

Autism Grant

The Autism Grant is a tuition scholarship to attend the Dominion School for Autism located in Richmond, Virginia. This grant is for financially disadvantaged children with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Interior Home Rehabilitation and Modification Program

The city of Falls Church, Housing and Human Services is proud to provide funding to income eligible City residents and non-profits requiring interior home rehabilitation or modifications. Deadline to submit application is May 2, 2015.

Physical and Sensory Fund

The Physical and Sensory Fund (Fund) is a special Virginia fund designed to help individuals of all ages with physical and sensory disabilities access services in the areas noted above that cannot be funded through existing programs. This is funding of last resort available to families in the city of Richmond and Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, Goochland, and Powhatan.

Virginia Department of Social Services.

Offers many forms of assistance, such as child care, energy, food and medical.
