Hope Kids

HopeKids provides ongoing events & activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. The most predominant conditions that qualify for HopeKids include, but are not limited to, cancer, heart defects, Cystic Fibrosis, organ transplants, Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy and Sickle Cell Anemia. Children with chronic medical conditions such as, but not limited to, diabetes, epilepsy and Spina Bifida may qualify if their treating physician deems that their specific medical situation (i.e. coupled with other underlying conditions and complications) is considered life-threatening.

Lil MAC Kids Foundation

The Lil MAC Kids Foundation was formed to raise funds for families located in Ohio or Minnesota with a child or children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Some of the most needy have received grants of up to $5,000 for therapy, living expenses or even buying reliable transportation. Others might just need help paying for an iPad or other teaching aids.

National MS Society’s Financial Assistance Program

The Upper Midwest Chapter works to improve the quality of life for people affected by MS in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and several counties in western Wisconsin and Nebraska. Multiple sclerosis creates a range of challenges that can result in short-term financial crises, difficulty obtaining critical equipment and home or auto modifications, and diminished capacity to pay for MS-generated needs.
