Bert's Big Adventure

Bert’s Big Adventure is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World® for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. To qualify for Bert’s Big Adventure, children must be between the ages of 5 and 12, live in the Huntington, West Virginia, prove financial need and have never been to Walt Disney World®.

Variety's "My Bike" Program

Variety's "My Bike" Program serves eligible children with disabilities in 10 West Virginia counties(i.e. Barbour, Doddridge, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Taylor, and Wetzel).

The WV Family Support Program

The Program provides help with planning for needs and finding resources; help with identifying and applying for appropriate government and community programs; funding for goods, services or home modifications that will help families stay together; and networking and support services.The Program's average expenditure per family is $1,000.
